toucanBox is a flexible subscription. We aim to deliver creative experiences for you and your little one to enjoy together. You won’t be locked into anything and you’ll only ever be charged on a box-by-box basis, giving you complete control over starting, pausing and cancelling your deliveries whenever suits you.
When you sign up for our trial box, our regular monthly subscription automatically follows. You will have 20 days from the moment your trial box is sent to cancel your subscription before you are billed for your next box. Once your subscription starts, each box will cost $14.95 plus $1.95 shipping. Payment for your subscription box is taken on Monday. Your box is sent 2-3 days after payment has been made, and will be delivered within 10 working days
