With so many children now at home and relying on us to brighten their day, we are committed to continue sending your boxes for as long as we can, in line with our mission to make learning fun and unleash children’s creativity.
How is my box prepared?
As an online business we are fortunate to be able to continue to operate, and are being encouraged to do so by the government. Now more than ever, we believe we can provide much needed joy to children and their families, a moment to connect or simply get a rest from an otherwise stressful time. We hope that receiving a toucanBox will bring a smile to your child’s face and brighten everyone’s day.
Your box is prepared by our awesome team at the Fun Factory. They rely on us for their income, especially in these times of economic uncertainty, and we have a duty to protect them and prioritise their health and wellbeing . As such, we have put stringent measures in place to keep our staff and partners safe, in accordance with government guidelines.
Your box leaves our premises and is carried by our shipping partners to be delivered directly to your letterbox. You will receive your box no sooner than 48 hours after it has left our premises. According to recent studies, the Coronavirus cannot survive longer than 24 hours on cardboard, there is therefore no risk of contamination from our logistics facilities.
Are you still shipping boxes?
As we are shipping your box from Europe and airline capacity continues to reduce, we are currently experiencing major delays to the US and Canada. You should receive your box within 21-28days of being billed, however some areas might be affected by further delays.
As your box fits a standard letterbox, it will continue to be posted through your letterbox and your deliveries will be contactless.
Can I still subscribe?
We've temporarily taken down the option to subscribe in the US for now, due to the severe delays in shipping. However, if you still wish to subscribe, we'd love to have you! Just pop our Customer Care team a message via the "Contact Us" section and we'll give you instructions on how to do this.
